A Family Connection

A Family Connection for over 55 years, the Wagner family has been doing business in Missoula, Montana. Wagner's Home Furnishings is now a cornerstone of Missoula culture, community, and home decor.

Bill Wagner founded Wagner's Home Furnishings in 1953 with $1500 and a prayer. After only 10 years in business, he unexpectedly passed away due to a heart attack. His wife Peg took over. She ran the business successfully, even with the responsibility of having three children in college, one in high school, and two more in grade school. Peg Wagner passed away in 1997.

All of the Wagner children have worked in the store over the years. John's recent retirement leaves Mike and Janice as the working owners today. When you walk into Wagner's Home Furnishings, you see and feel this family connection. There is a lot of comfort and security in knowing that you, too, will be treated as family at Wagner's.
